Getting tired of the Chuo Line totally failing to operate once a week … Here’s the latest. Yet another two-hour commute for me today. At least I got to guide a bunch of FOB foreigners downtown after I found them stuck at Higashi Koganei without the Japanese skills to figure out what was happening.
